Raised in Stony Point, New York, William Freeman retired from the USPS and TSA with twenty-six years of federal service. William now resides in Charlotte, North Carolina, where he is currently working on his next novel.
Salomé: Daughter or Demon is my debut novel. I assigned myself the writing project as “the hardest thing I could ever imagine doing.” And in truth, writing the novel included one heck of a learning curve. I’m very pleased by the way the novel came out.
The main character is self-empowered, with a nocturnal soul, and a deep belief system. Father issues aside, she knows her priorities. The story follows Salomé after high school and deals with several teenage issues from a strong young female’s point of view.
Written for young teens, the story keeps the language clean-ish and violence short, within the contents and design of a teen vampire character, of course.
